Mediation Fees
Full day rate: $1,600. Full day rate includes one hour of preparation and eight hours spent in mediation. (Example: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Half day rate: $800. Half day rate includes one hour of preparation and four hours of time spent in mediation.
Hourly rate beyond full day or half day minimums: $200 per hour rounded up to the whole hour.
Additional charges apply for cases with more than two parties. Please inquire when scheduling the mediation.
It is usually possible to continue mediation sessions into the evening on all full day cases and on half day cases which begin in the afternoon. There are no additional administrative fees.
Payment is required in full seven days before the mediation.
Cancellations: Mediations cancelled within three days of the date set are subject to a charge of 25% of the deposit, unless we are able to fill the reserved time with another case. .
